'HeatherFen' started as a small vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. The Bianchi family launched our little pizza shop in 1985, operating as a quaint family business with recipes passed down for generations.
Our founder, Marco Bianchi, embraced the pizza craft during her journeys across Italy, apprenticing with pizza experts in Naples—the pizza capital. Once back in the UK, she set her mind to reproduce the essence of authentic Italian pizza, sticking to original preparation techniques and premium ingredients.
Originally a cozy 12-seat venue, our eatery has now become a cherished neighborhood fixture. Despite our growth, our dedication to superior quality and genuineness remains. Our traditional wood-fired oven methods, daily fresh dough, and the search for the finest ingredients persist.
Still under the ownership of the Bianchi family, now with the next generation at the helm, 'HeatherFen' is led by a team filled with zeal. Even though we've adopted a few contemporary advancements, the soul of our business endures: producing tasty, genuine pizza that unites people.
